Genee Group, a manufacturer of interactive displays, alongside other technology solutions, launched their Mobile Device Management software to allow users to remotely control their entire ecosystem of displays from one centralised location.

My role in this project was to revitalise existing assets, replacing outdated materials with impactful and engaging content. I was responsible for designing and creating a new product webpage and a promotional video. These deliverables not only showcased the software's unique features but also demonstrated its ability to enhance the value of Genee Group’s existing product range.

Studying the software, I created a library of interface features before translating them into a cohesive style. Interface elements were selectively extracted and visually exaggerated to varying degrees, depending on the desired focus, to showcase and communicate the key product features.

The process resulted in a selection of recyclable visual assets while at the same time helping form a fresh visual identity for the product under the umbrella of the wider brand. Showcasing an openness to functionality through a software-first approach offered a fresh perspective for the company that traditionally and primarily dealt with hardware.

The product video utilises motion graphics integrated with the designed interface elements to bring the software to life.
Through a blend of clear, practical demonstrations and conceptual, illustrative zooming in and out from the interactive display ecosystem, the video maintains a balance between engagement and clarity.

I designed a one-page product sheet to communicate the product’s positioning, purpose, and key functionalities. This document serves as an informative takeaway rather than a promotional advertorial, aligning with the company's established approach to hardware solution specification sheets, which is why it also includes actual software imagery on the laptop.
To enhance user engagement and accessibility, QR codes were placed at the bottom of the sheet, linking directly to a product video and a newly developed product webpage. This ensures that potential customers can seamlessly access additional resources and gain a deeper understanding of the product.

The website design process began with wireframing both desktop and mobile versions, adhering to the company's established user interface guidelines. Building the page as a narrative, I gained an understanding of the product’s key features, benefits, and applications, strategically placing them into a logical and engaging flow along with a new focus on calls to action to drive user engagement and conversions.

To complement the new design, I created fresh visuals, including updated software and product-in-use mock-ups. The written content was also reimagined to align with the website's structure, introducing fresh perspectives and innovative angles to highlight the product’s value.
